Queen identification

Hey ant friends, I have yet another queen that I need to identify. I believe it is some type of camponotus. Also, what do these types of ants eat? She doesn’t seem to be too interested in honey. (Yes, I’m aware that this ant is fully clusteral and food is unnecessary at this point)

Like you said, she doesn't need food at this point, probably it's just that, I don't think that any ant dislikes honey, at least from Camponotus, she (and the colony) needs to eat proteins and sugar, if it's Camponotus you will need to give them dead insects (wait until the conoly it's larger to give them alive insects) and honey, sugar, honeywater, fruit slices, something like that. I can't help you identifying this queen, sorry and good luck ^^

Camponotus castaneus
