Queen ant identification

Hello!Last Saturday I captured two queen ants (probably of the same species) and I would like to know what species they are, I have already tried but I am not able to find any that look like enough.

I live in Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands, located is Spain, which is in southern Western Europe.

Oh, and they are about 7mm long 1mm width

Oh, I didn't expected that they were Tetramorium, rather I thought they were Lasius or Camponotus. A lot of thanks ^^
