Queen ID - South Chicagoland - Captured 6.16.18

My son found this queen on our patio Saturday morning. At first I wasn't sure she was a queen at all, she is only 7.5-8mm in length and very active. She slowed down once I got her into the test tube and I was able to see the scarring from the wings. Did the best I could with the photos, but I cannot ID her. I've seen a few that are close, but nothing that really matches. Here are a handful of photos, I tried to get the petiole and head as clear as I could. Thank you for any information on this one.

I'm thinking maybe Tapinoma or Lasius? Really hoping it's not socially parasitic...

Thank you very much, that's the one I thought it might be. I've been looking for other lasius colonies, but no luck yet. I will look harder tomorrow, I really don't want to lose her.
