Ant ID (not sure, looks kinda like a Crematogaster queen)

Hello all, I am new to the ACAF.

I am posting this because I need help ID'ing this queen ant I caught 2 weeks ago, I find that her behaviour is strange, the first week, she laid 3 eggs but ate them all! I am sure the environment I keep her in is very stable and disturbance free but when I give her food (fruit fly) she will kindly accept it and she'll lay an egg or two after she's done. I find that very strange because she does NOT look semi claustral (semi claustral queen ants tend to have a smaller Mesosoma.) But anyways back to the topic, I found her hiding for the blaring heat from the sun and hidden in the shade behind a wall and she was quite friendly, I put her in a box and transferred to a test tube setup later in day. She laid a few eggs but ate them (like I said earlier) but laid 17 more eggs again.

Size (head to Gaster): 7.5 mm
Size (leg to leg): 5mm
Size (Mesosoma side to other side): 1.3mm

Wings: Still attached
Egg count: 15-25
Fertility: Some development
Worker: None
Polygynous: No
Need feeding: Yes

I agree with Crematogaster. Avoid feeding claustral queens. It often does more harm than good.
If you enjoy my expertise and identifications, please do not put wild populations at risk of disease by releasing pet colonies. We are responsible to give our pets the best care we can manage for the rest of their lives.
