What species of Myrmica

I have this Myrmica queen in a semi-claustrial setup she has about 6 eggs and is dark brownish red caught on may 14th most likely foraging for her brood she is about 7mm

Myrmica cannot be identified to the species without use of a microscope. Myrmica rubra is one exception, but we would need to see the lobes on the front of the head, near the antennal sockets.
