I got this queen while at work.
To me it looks a lot like a solenopsis sp.

Measurements? The coloration makes it look like Solenopsis geminata (for once) but the head looks too round, so if she isn't small enough to be a thief ant, I would have to go with S. invicta. The majors make it much easier to distinguish S. geminata.
