I'm pretty sure she's a Camponotus, but sp?

God, did I say 40!? I meant 20mm - she's huge!

Camponotus modoc or Camponotus herculeanus, probably the former. The two cannot easily be distinguished without lots of magnification (especially as queens, although the workers may be easier.) Visible details like hair coverage and body texture are important.

There are hairs on her chin if that helps. I just took a magnifier to her.
