Found a Myrmica queen?

i found a queen no doubt and it is in the Myrmicinae family. she is about 6mm long and was found on the pavement in the middle of a storm. Found with no wings. Also is she semi-claustral or fully?

oh sorry i only had a hunch that this was a Myrmica queen just wanted to be sure.

Semi-claustral, why you see these summer and fall-flying queens in the spring, foraging for their brood.
