Found Queen, Fertile, ID needed (Possible Anomaly)
At first I thought it was a crematogaster, but those nuptial flights happen in august, but weathers been super weird lately, maybe an anomaly? Anyway, if anyone can confirm the species from these crappy pictures I took with my shaky hands that'd be great. She has laid 2+ eggs already if that helps (had for about a week).

Thanks. Also, I'm in Southern Indiana, right next to Kentucky.
