Is this a queen ant?

Hi there! I saw this weird-looking ant and noticed its unnatural bulky abdomen.

I decided to catch it, thinking that it was a queen ant. However, I was still in doubt so I want to ask you friends, if this ant is even a queen ant or not? If it is, could you please tell me what species it is of?

I found it on 8th April 2018, at 10.00 p.m. I live in Singapore, which is in Southeast Asia. The pictures of this ant are below.
