Is this a Queen?

Hello,
I recently caught an ant in my bathroom and I believe her to be a Queen. I am not sure though. I also think that she is an acrobat Ant but that is also something that I am not sure about. I would love some help identifying what type of ant she is and whether or not I need to be feeding her while we wait to see if she lays any eggs. All help is appreciated.

Here is the link to the best Photo I have of her. I will try and get a better one soon.

Thank you all for your help.

It's a queen :D
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.
