Hoping to get some help IDing this queen would be great.
Western Washington
12 mm
Caught 07/2017.

They did great through the winter.

Looks like a Camponotus, a bit small though. Not sure!

So I feed my Camponotus Modoc some Dubai x-small roaches tonight and they loved it. They were more active than I have ever seen them. The Moduc with 8 workers I put the roach in there alive and it was a battle! They queen even came out of her tube to check it out. Lots of posturing.

Could be C. hyatti. The area where found and size is right.
