They look like Crematogaster Sp.

I looked at all the native Florida species and found these three that have the bright yellow color.
Crematogaster vermiculata
Crematogaster minutissima
Crematogaster missouriensis
just maybe where you can start looking

It's not C. minutissima, and it's not C. vermiculata, so it must be C. missouriensis.
