Can I get some help identifying this (possible) Queen?

Hello,
I caught what I think to be a queen in late November of last year in New Jersey, US. I have kept it in a test tube setup through winter and it has survived and now become more active as it has gotten warmer. When I first caught it, it had wings that have since fallen off, and it occasionally accepts honey I offer it. Can anyone tell me what this species might be and if it is a queen?

I have a little chart that I use to help me identify ants, but I need to see a picture of her gaster to see if she has an acid pore. Also, what size is it?

AntNoob1, I cant get a very clear picture of the gaster, but from what I can tell there is no acid pore. It is about 1 cm in length. I will keep trying to get a decent picture for you.

Is there something on her thorax? (middle bit) it looks kind of bumpy.

Yes, that was just two water droplets that got stuck on her. At first, i thought it may have been a mite but they have since gone away.
