looks like a queen ant to me.
might be solenopsis sp. probably invicta (i'm not a expert so please correct me if i'm wrong)
please can you get a measurement.
almost one year of ant keeping :D

keeping:
a restarting camponotus queen
one crematogaster queen
and a bunch of lasius umbratus queens (to lazy to count them all) :lol:

i would also say its solenopsis invicta just with the current pictures but if you could provide any macros or side shots might help a little more
