We can't tell. There aren't any measurements and that isn't a good enough picture, unfortunately.

according to 'ant maps' tapinoma melanocephalum or "ghost ants" are not native to Florida, sorry.
almost one year of ant keeping :D

keeping:
a restarting camponotus queen
one crematogaster queen
and a bunch of lasius umbratus queens (to lazy to count them all) :lol:

Not native, but they're definitely there.
