Yup! That's Crematogaster sp.

The only reliable way to distinguish from the two possibilities, C. cerasi and C. lineolata, depends on the hair length on the pronotum (the front-top of the thorax).

I've found out that they love escaping so can they climb over baby powder/alcohol barrier?

If they can, try this: Leave out the rubbing alcohol and just sprinkle some dry baby powder in a bowl. Then take a dry cotton ball, dab it in the powder, and then dab the cotton ball where you want your babrier to be. i have found this to be a much better barrier for my tetramorium, who could climb over babypowder+ rubbing alcohol easily.

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

People talk about having trouble with baby powder/alcohol, but it keeps every species of ant that I have in.
