I was cleaning outside on a warm day and this little girl flew right on me. It had been raining a couple days before, so I figured that it must have triggered some nupitial flights. Can someone please assist me in identifying what kind of queen she is?
My apologies for not embedding the photos directly but photobucket is started charging for that feature and I am not paying for it.

Tetramorium sp.
If you enjoy my expertise and identifications, please do not put wild populations at risk of disease by releasing pet colonies. We are responsible to give our pets the best care we can manage for the rest of their lives.
