Not tetramorium. Something else...
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

I wouldn't make a guess just based on coloration, but I can hardly see the ants.
If you enjoy my expertise and identifications, please do not put wild populations at risk of disease by releasing pet colonies. We are responsible to give our pets the best care we can manage for the rest of their lives.

Yea you’re right, the ones I have though are like jet black, a completely different color. Although it could be a different species...
Better pictures of the queen would be good, but she does look like tetramorium.

I'd say pheidole since the queen's head is so large. Perhaps Pheidole Pallidula.
Once (if) they produce majors, (huge heads), that'll narrow down the options.
