Can we please get photographs instead of video? 360p has the comparable resolution to a 0.2 megapixel photograph, and we could really use more detail than that to make a good ID. Also, an accurate measurement is essential.

Like bat said, very hard to see, but maybe it's some sort of Camponotus or a similar genus?
