Help identify if you can see the picture well enoguh.

The pictures below are the only 2 I can get to focus on these small light tan, almost white ants.

I have a feeling these are tetramonomorium c. The workers are smal and pale I have found no queen but they have brood and allot of workers.

A thief ant Solenopsis sp.

Ok so something of the fire ant species? If there is no queen how long will 50 workers or more and their 50-100 brood live in my enclosure?
