Help with identifying the species your ants

Ant found in Germany/Nuermberg

I today cought another ant, which I suspect to be a queen due to her big thorax.
I found her in the forrest:

That's what she looks like:

She emideatly startet cleaning her had, thorax and but (whatever the correct word is :D) as soon as I cought her in a tube.
Any information is helpfull!

addition: I suspect it to be the species Manica rubida, Tetramorium impurum or most likely Temnothorax unifasciatus
