Oregon Queen, 11 mm long

Oregon Queen, 11 mm long
I found this little lady at work today, August 22. She is about 11 mm long. She is black/ brown wit ha very large gaster and tan-ish rings on it.

Lasius niger, unless there is more brown on her gaster than i can see in the picture.

Cannot tell the species from these pictures, but she is not parasitic.
