Is this a queen?

Hi all,

I caught this lady tonight (August 22) in Quispamsis, New Brunswick, Canada. I think she's a queen but I don't have a lot of experience at identification, so I'd appreciate both verification and a species ID if possible! She's about 10 mm long. She's speedy so these were the best pictures I was able to get, but hopefully they'll be enough!

Camponotus herculeanus worker.

Ah, too bad. I'll let her go back in the area I caught her, then. Thanks!
