Unknown Queens

I caught three queen ants last night evening August 11 2017 on my driveway. I live in eastern north carolina US. Can you please identify the species of ant this is.

Can you tell us the size? By the looks of it it's camponotus sp. Or formica sp.

They are about .75 mm long.

Pheidole sp. They are generally too difficult to identify to the species through normal photography.

I have a ant identification key, ant it looks like an odorous house ant, supposedly they smell like blue cheese lol! but i'm still not sure.

Oh, and I forgot to mention that the key is for southern US ants!
