Colorado Springs, CO, Possible Queen found on 8/1

I think it's a queen at least. Not quite black, maybe really dark olive, with a little bit of a pearlescence to her abdomen. She is about 10.5mm long. Found in some flowers by a co-worker. These were the best I can do for pics. Thanks in advacne for any help!
