A newly caught queen - probably Myrmica

Hello! Could you help me IDing this ant queen?
Day and time of catch: 27.07.2017 about 6 - 8 PM
Found: Under a rock on a dirt road roadside.
Length: 5mm
My thoughts: Probably Myrmica, cause they fly about this time and according to pictures it looks like Myrmica Rubra!

These are all links to one picture. You won't be able to ID to the species via photograph if she is Myrmica.
