Worker ants in Ann Arbor MI USA
Abt 1-2 cm long
Dark black in color

I've found about 20 - 30 of them, (so there are probably twice that many) and they are all the exact same size. Don't Camponotus Pennsylvanicus usually start polymorphize after that many workers?

Closer to 1cm if it helps.
