I was going to stop at 7 queens but this lady looked like one I didn't have before. Caught today 11-12mm in Ottawa, Ontario Canada.

You are able to keep parasites. This one isn't one, though.

Pictures showing off the shininess of the different segments of the gaster will help narrow this down to the species.
