Can't Id an ant in nuptial flight season
I found this ant and can't Id. It so I will explain it's black with slight brown blemishes. It is the pavement ant. It has wings.

If you mean it is a pavement ant then it would be tetramorium sp. e but pictures and measurements would defidently help
