Queen two is definitely not Tetramorium. More than one picture never hurts.

I have no idea will it help if I told you that I found it hiding under a rock in the late afternoon

With the slightly better pictures, it's looking like Aphaenogaster to me. Still very hard to make out, because dark and blurry. Messor doesn't exist in Massachusetts.
