Caught some ants with workers are the ones with wings drones or queens?

Caught these ants in Collingswood, New Jersey

They appear to be Lasius Interjectus, but I'm not too sure.

The ants that appear to be queens are 0.6 to 0.7 Centimeters

Honestly think these a termites, obviously I know very little about termites.
Wait off a second opinion.

I agree with Lasius interjectus. I wish I could find these ants. You may know this already, but queens with wings captured near their mother colony are unmated and will only produce drones.
