Need queen ID from PA, USA

Found a queen while walking around outside of Lancaster, PA. Really hoping it's not another parasite but we shall see.

Size: ~10mm
Location: Sidewalk, Next to Susquehanna river
Behavior: Calm, likes to sit still for long periods of time
Appearance: Red, still has wings

Looks like Formica sp. to me. Can we get more, well-lit views of the side?
