Second is a Pseudomyrmex gracilis worker. Notice the petiole node(s), which means it is not a wasp.

But wait... I thought the rule was that all ants had to have elbowed antennas! This "thing" does not. It has outward curving antennas.

Oh, wait. I just looked up a pic of Pseudomyrmex. The antennas are weird on this ant. They are elbowed, but they like to keep them straight. huh. interesting.
