Camponotus something (Western Oregon)

She's definitely of camponotus genus, but I'm not sure what kind. I'm guessing Pensilvanicus but I'd like some more knowledgeable opinions. She's about 23mm long, small hairs everywhere (that I didn't even see until I used my new macro lens), and pretty calm. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Forgot to mention - found her toward the end of April/beginning of May, not sure of exact date.

The pictures are dark -- could be Camponotus modoc or C. laevigatus.
