It looks like a queen, though I can't really tell the genus from the photos. Perhaps a less blurry one would help. Also, where did you catch her?

i found her in my back yard running across the pavement and i live in maple ridge bc i think its an fire ant ill try and get a better picture but my camera sucks

and can you tell what the top picture is i know shes a queen she has eggs i just dont know what kind

the top photo she is about 8 mm long and the bottom photo is about 4 mm long and both were found in maple ridge bc and i cant get a better picture

Second One, Looks Like The Genus - Pheidole / Aphaenogaster / Cardiocondyla
Leaning More Towards - Pheidole.
