New Queen-need ID...

Caught me 2 of these queens today. I'm hoping they are fertile. Found on the side of a pine tree around 4:45pm. Rained 2 days ago and sprinkled today. I would say moderately humid. They are both right at 9mm. I haven't looked myself (researched them) to see what they are but I'm thinking a Camponotus sp. Wish I had took a cpl more pics but I can always do that once I get back home. Thx in advance...
One of them I found looked roughed up when i caught her...like she was hurt but seems to be fine now.

Camponotus nearcticus or C. caryae.

Just who I was hoping to comment...thx again Batspiderfish. I shall do some research and close inspection to determine which they are.
[Update]
After a brief look at some pictures on Antweb, I'm thinking Camponotus nearcticus. I won't know %100 till workers arrive...

You just need to check the gena (cheeks) for hairs. C. nearcticus will have none.

Ok. Do you by chance know a website maybe where I could learn the names of the different parts of an Ant? Like the "gena" and "petolie"...im sure I spelled that wrong. I'm 29 and gotta know these things lol
