Hi all, got a few of these little ones wandering round my apartment at the moment, Essex, UK. Just wondering what they are :)
Maybe 4mm long.

I thought some of my ants had staged a breakout at first
I'm thinking some sort of Formica?

I'd guess Lasius bruneus.

All ants are feral, btw. ;)

I was using feral in the sense that they weren't captive :P
