That does look like an Odantomachus queen, although some better images of the meosoma (thorax) would help.

This species is semi-claustral, and appreciates small, soft-bodied insects.

That's a queen.

Pinheads would probably be a suitable food for them. You may need to try different things.

Managed to find her under some more mulch, lucky find been looking the past months for her species just hope I can keep her alive :(
