03/23 Hungary Queen(?) and other workers ID please

I caught this ant while doing some gardening, she was a lot different in both size, color and behavior than the ants in the surrounding area so she might not be "native to my garden"
I think I saw some wing scar marks on her but gonna grab a magnifying glass later to be sure.
Measurements are in centimeters/millimeters

And I've found two workers around a new soil mound and I wan't to know what kind of ants are they starting out because the majority of the seen ants in my garden are either lasius or some other medium size black color ants.
(Ye I know the pics are blurry but they are small as hell)

After closer inspection of the first one I can clearly see scar marks on her and she is cleaning the tip of her abdomen which said to be an indicator of her recently being fertilized so I'm kinda happy about it just curious if you can tell the species

No luck for the species. The queen is Myrmica, which are nearly impossible to ID with basic photographs. The Lasius would need much more detail as well.
If you enjoy my expertise and identifications, please do not put wild populations at risk of disease by releasing pet colonies. We are responsible to give our pets the best care we can manage for the rest of their lives.

Knowing it's Myrmica is enough for me for now, thanks :)

She's semi claustral.

Thanks! My other semi-queen is doing fine, expecting her first two brood to hatch in a week so I hope it will be allright with this one as well
