I cannot tell.. I know on another forum somebody found a queen that looked like that and it survived. Put it in a test tube and see if it moves. If it doesn't in the next few days, it's dead.

When I grabbed it out of the pool I thought it was dead because it wasn't moving but about 3 hours later she was walking not properly walking though so I put her in a test tube and put her in the dark but she died yesterday so I'm guessing she was infertile? Anyone know what sp she is?
