Formica sp. worker -- F. dolosa, F. pallidefulva, F. incerta, or F. biophilica. You'd need to look at tiny details like hair coverage to actually tell these apart.

It's a beautiful ant. And based on the perspective, its the size of a chihuahua! RUN! ;)
