I need help identifying a new ant queen I found wondering around my yard. Please know that I am a new ant keeper and don’t have much experience. I have set it up in a test tube with water but I do not know if it is a fully claustral species. It has been around a week since I found it and she has not made any progress towards starting a colony. Please help my identify the species and if she is fully claustral or not. I live on the east cost of America if that helps. Photos are a little blurry unfortunately.
