Ant species?

Hello! Who can help me identify these ants?

1)
Size of queen: 14-15 mm
Day/time: I cannot remember
Location: Asheville, NC (southeast mountainous USA)
Appearance: Gaster has lines of varying blacks and rest is pretty much black
Behavior: not sure what to say

2)
Size of queen: 9-10 mm
Day/time: also don't remember
Location: same, Asheville
Appearance: was more brown/amber when caught but becoming more black with time, black and grey stripes around gaster
Behavior: moves around quicker, runs to opening for food

Hi,
the first one is a species of camponotus, and the second one looks like the black garden ant, but I'm not a hundred percent sure for the second one though.

Thank you Angelants2012! Is this solid enough to list the colonies for sale or should I get some extra opinions?

Second one seems to be Formica.
