ID please
Hi
Can someone help with identification of these two specimens for me please. I think they are both lasius niger but not sure. I found them in NE Scotland, UK around September this year.
Thanks,
Mirmigki
PS. When i try to upload the two photos (95Kb and 50kb) I get an error that says "ERROR Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached".

They seem to be some kind of Lasius.

Re: ID please
It's probably L. niger. Not super confident on this but it is the most likely since it's so common.

Re: ID please
