I recently caught a queen ant and also need identification for an old one. Both have already taken off its wings. The black queen ant
was caught two days ago in Singapore and the brown one was caught two months ago also in singapore both on my balcony. The black queen ant is around an inch long while the brown one is around 2 inches long.

Re: I need identification for two queen ants
I cannot see the photos clearly. There is too much fog in the set up. But I think the brown queen ant is a camponotus species. The black one also seems like camponotus penncilvannicus to me. I am not a hundred percent sure though because I cannot see very well in the photos.
