Hi I found yesterday after a heavy rain a lot of ants and I think they are Queens, they are Huge! Roughly 20mm in length, can someone help me identify what species they are and any tips to raise them?? (Claustral or semi, poly or not). Thanks.

Not sure if they're all queens or not. Looks like they've got a distinctively shaped thorax with spines coming out of the back?
