New Queen Found?

I BELIEVE this is a queen. I am unsure. I found her wandering around the rim of my tomato pot when I went out to water this afternoon. I'm on the Alabama/Florida border. I was also able to get actual photos of her. I'm going to post to the imagur gallery and hope you all can see. If you can identify, please let me know.

Yeah, all I had to work with was a regular cell phone camera.

From the general shape I'd say it's a queen, but couldn't tell you which species.

hard to make out detail but one of the pics looks like her heads kinda square which reminded me of COLOBOPSIS LEONARDI tho a complete guess
1x Lasius Niger - early forging stage - 60-100 workers
1x Messor Barbarus - founding stage - <20 workers
1x Camponotus Turkestanus - claustral stage - 1 nanitic + brood
1x Odontoponera Transversa - semi-claustral stage - no eggs
