Possible queen found in Honolulu 7/18

Caught her yesterday at the State Capitol building. I'm pretty sure this is a queen but would appreciate confirmation. She's about 5 mm in length. Any ideas about species? Thanks in advance!

Definitely is a queen. She looks like Brachymyrmex sp.

Yes! That makes her my first queen capture ever.

Nice! I am a first time ant keeper too. I found a Camponotus novaeboracensis.

Brachymyrmex obscurior seems to be the only species of that genus in Hawaii.
