Is she a queen and what is her species ?

She is a queen. It looks like she is either Camponotus pennsylvanicus or Camponotus modoc.

I founded her in the night this is a tropical country and I was at 20 degrees Celsius and right now it's raining season

Its been 2 days and she hasn't lay eggs
